Who exactly are the Illuminati?

During the Enlightenment, a covert organization known as the Bavarian Illuminati was established in Ingolstadt, Germany, on May 1st, 1776. Professor Adam Weishaupt founded the organization with the intention of promoting the ideals of the time.Join illuminati society

Because he established the Illuminati, Weishaupt was expelled from Bavaria. He relocated to Gotha, Thuringia, where he published numerous works on the Illuminati.

 These ideals included the following:

opposition to religious control over public policy and public life.

restriction on state power abuse.

advancing education for women.

promotion of equality and mutual aid.

The Alumbrados of Spain were one of these movements, along with the early Illuminati and its predecessors. The Alumbrados appeared around 1492, presumably influenced by similar Italian movements, tracing their roots to Gnosticism.

Mara de Santo Domingo, also known as La Beata de Piedrahta, a revered prophet and mystic, was among their early leaders.

The Rosicrucians, who came to public attention in 1537, were another early group that provided the Illuminati with inspiration. Egyptian Hermeticism, Christian Gnosticism, Jewish Kabbalah, alchemy, and other esoteric beliefs and practices were all incorporated into their teachings. They were precursors to the “Illuminati” because of their occult nature and secrecy.
